Are the performers currently in the West End?

Our performances feature professional musical theatre performers who are based in or have worked in London's West End. The line-up can vary from show to show, and we recommend checking the individual event page for the latest performer information. Their current theatre commitments can vary, so please check the relevant show information for details of the performers appearing at your chosen performance.

If you have lost your ticket - don’t worry! If you purchased your ticket online, check your booking confirmation email first. If you still cannot locate your ticket, contact the ticketing provider or theatre from which you purchased it. Please have your booking name and any booking reference available and do not send your payment details to us or the venue.
If you need to change your booking, please contact the ticketing provider or theatre as soon as possible. Any change will be subject to availability and the terms and conditions applying to your booking. Ticket refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider and/or theatre from which you purchased your ticket. We recommend checking the ticket terms and conditions before completing your purchase.
If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will normally be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking. Information about refunds, exchanges or alternative arrangements will be provided at that time. Please ensure that the email address and contact details provided when booking are correct. If a performance is postponed, we will provide information about the new performance date and any arrangements relating to existing tickets.
Please retain your tickets and booking information until you have received further instructions.
Do you charge extra for meet & greet opportunities?
Our performers will sign “The West End Sings…” show programmes with their own pens. The cast will also be available for photographs after each show, subject to availability. There is no additional cost for this - we want you to have as much fun as possible!
